Room in a 4bd/2ba House

We have a room available in our 4 bedrooms/2bathrooms house. We have a big backyard with a fire pit/BBQ. Lots of street parking. The house is located within walking distance to a grocery store, gas station and many restaurants. We are minutes away from the Valley Fair mall, Santa Clara University and San Jose City College. We are close to highway 880 and 280. We have a monthly house cleaner who cleans the common areas. Rent is $1200 for 1 person or $1500 for a couple. This includes utilities unless there's a major spike in the bills.

There are 3 of us living in the house right now. 27 years old female working in the financial industry, 33 years old female working in the food industry and a 40 years old male working as an engineer. 1 other person will be moving in in January or February. We also have a dog who does not roam around the house without supervision and a hairless cat who spends most of her day sleeping.

We are looking for someone who is financially stable enough to take care of their bills. We would ideally like someone who will clean up after themself and easy to get along with to avoid any issues/awkwardness.
