Room for rent, 5 minute drive from Oakridge Mall. Rent is $850 a month includes utilities and wi-fi. Person would be sharing half a fridge with other housemate. Shared guest restroom with other roommate. There is street parking, full kitchen and laundry privileges. No drugs or smoking on the property. There is no picture of the room because the current roommate ask me not to take a picture. It is a standard room, 11x11, with a good size closet. Room available May 13, 2017.
