Bedroom For Rent - Utilities Included

My name is Rich (27 years old) and I currently have a private unfurnished bedroom with walk-in closet available. The room is approximately 9' X 11' not including the walk-in closet. Bathroom and vanity are are shared. You will have full access to the rest of the fully furnished house.

FYI furniture shown in the bedroom is NOT included. Simply to show the size/potential of the room.

Water, PG&E, cable, and internet are included. We have ATT high speed internet. . We also have a TV in the living room with a very comfy sectional for those winter movie nights. Also for Mario Kart if I have any challengers! Unit has washer/dryer so no more laundromat days!

Ideally we would like to find a roommate who is willing to create a friendship and all hangout as a household to get that homey feeling. But we also understand the need for personal space.

The condo complex also has many "greenbelt" grass areas as well as a pool and security. It is located near both HWY 87 and HWY 101 for an easy commute and is close to The Plant, the drive-ins and a lovely park.

A bit about us. My name is Rich and I'm the owner, I currently share my room with my gf and our 7 month old puppy. She is a pitbull/labrador mix but the only thing you have to worry about is her licking your face. She is professionally trained . We are both working professionals usually out of the house between 6am-5pm since we are also avid gym goers. We are very hospitable and laid back, work 40 hours a week, and generally just chill on the weekends. Overnight guests are fine on occasion. Any more than 3 nights a week must be considered as an additional roommate. /House guests are also fine so long as common areas are kept (somewhat) clean. We tend to keep it clean but we understand everyone gets busy or lazy at times. We have room for some kitchen appliances or wall art to help you feel more at home and comfortable. We are nerd friendly, people friendly, gym-rat friendly.
