I have room in my beautiful and clean home. Access to bedroom, hall bath, kitchen and dining/den area. No pets or couples or kids....Biggest drawback is that I have allergies and must maintain a fragrance free home! Fragrance free means no cologne or heavy odor chemical products used by in the home!!! The application process is lenghy and thorough as this is a legitimate offer for rental. Unemployed, living in your car presently, more that two jobs, nit pickers, control freaks, alcoholics-drug users, 24 hour shut-ins, recent evictee?s please don?t dont waste your time as you will not be considered. Professionals on the move who need a local room and those in-route to a future destination are preferred.
