The bedroom with closet is about 11 x 16 feet. The bathroom is approximate 6 x 9 feet and has a bathtub/shower setup. Combined square footage is 230 sq ft.

This room comes furnished with a full size bed and a nightstand only.

Single occupancy only, minimal guest visits, no overnight guest, no smoking indoors (outside is ok), no pets. Must be clean, quiet, and considerate. Light cooking is no problem just no heavy frying. I don't cook that often but my other tenant cooks early in the evening. You can use the clothes washer and dryer in the garage.

I work at home so I would prefer someone who works full-time outside.

You can have a dedicated parking spot in the driveway

You can have almost half the space of a full size refrigerator and also some kitchen cabinet space. In addition I will allocate 2 5-shelf units in the garage for your use.

Month to month rental with 30-day move-out notice required. Long-stay candidate preferred.

Security deposit is $1000 and 1st month's rent of $950 must be paid by signing date as your commitment. Afterwards monthly rent of $950 due by the 1st of each month. Full security deposit will be returned as long as there is no damage and I receive at least 30 days notice of moving out.

All inclusive in rent, no hidden cost (water, electric/gas, internet/WIFI, laundry, garbage). You will have also have DirecTV which has the highest package without premium channels.
