Room for rent is 11'x15' with hardwood floors and closet. The room comes with a private half bathroom across the hall but will need to share full bath for access to shower. All common areas shared just ask that we all pick up after use. There is also a laundry room that is shared as well. We split all common bills. Like cable/wifi, electric, and water.
The house is located within 5 miles of major freeways 101, 880, and 280. Japan town and Downtown San Jose are with in a 5min drive.
We also have a few dogs that stay in the backyard and have there own housing area. So must be ok with dogs.
