Looking for awesome flat mate

I am moving to San Jose after spending the last few years in SF slowly tiring of my commute to the South Bay. I am looking to share a large 2bd/2ba in the downtown area. I have enough furnishings to fill the typical common area needs.

About me:
I love playing ice hockey, reading, sailing and attempting diverse slow cooked dishes (cassoullet, veggie japanese curry, braised lamb shanks) and baking various breads. I am a very laid guy who is generally soft-spoken until I gain a level of comfort with those around me. I like the idea of creating a fascinating and welcoming home. I tend to be a bit of a night owl and prefer to keep a rather tidy flat.
I am a responsible, heterosexual male with a solid income and typical office work hours outside of the home.
