WSJ - Room available in 3 bedroom home

Hello,
We are looking for a new roommate The room will be available February 1st. I'm asking $1,400.00 a month and this includes (water, garbage & front yard maintenance and house cleaning twice a month, Internet/cable and PG&E). The room is unfurnished its size is a large 12 feet by 12 feet. We are centrally located and we have bus stops at the end of our block. We are a mother and adult daughter that are stable and have good jobs we have been at for many years, we are very laid back. Please feel free to call me to talk more if you are interested. There are no rules per say to the use of the whole house other then pick up after yourself in common areas. You are free to have guest over and come and go as you please.
