We live in a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house in South San Jose off of Cottle Road, right across the street from the Village Oaks Shopping Center.
We are all working professionals in our Mid 20's-early 30's who are clean, respectful and are pretty chill.
Rent would be $800/month, not including utilities and it would be year lease.
I attached a couple photos of the room, it is a little messy as our current roommate is in transition of moving out.
