$950 room for rent - apartment west San Jose

Looking for a female roommate to share a 2bedroom 1bathroom apartment, I?ve been here almost 3 years and my roommate has recently relocated. I have a small dog 12 lbs male dog. I work M-F and sometimes work from home. I?m super chill have a very routine schedule during the week- work, gym, walk my dog, relax. I enjoy being out and about on the weekends but also enjoy relaxing at home with my boyfriend who sometimes who comes over on the weekend. I don?t mind guests as long as it?s not excessive. I expect my roommate to be clean and tidy and NO smoking of any kind at all in or near my apartment- this is a NONSMOKING community. No drugs at all inside my home. Drinking is not a problem. I have this room on Craigslist also because it?s much easier to provide way more details and descriptions.
