Living room available in a 1 bed/1bath (would not let me select for a 1b/1ba) located off Tasman & Zanker
$800/month + split utilities (approx. $50/month) includes electric, water, garbage, etc. (no wi-fi or cable)
There is a partition currently installed that will give you both privacy & wall-to-wall closet/storage space
If you need covered/garage parking we can talk about it

You must be RESPECTFUL, QUIET & CLEAN (must clean every other week)
Non-smoking & pet-free environment

Deposit of first month rent will be required ($850)
Rent is due the beginning of every month
You will be added on to the lease & signing a contract for the lease term ? this is for your protection & mine

When:
Sept 2019 for a 6-month or 1 year

Who:
Professional or Student (female only - proof of employment/enrollment and a credit check will be required)

Why:
My current roommate will be moving on so looking to share space & costs to keep things affordable in the Bay Area
At little about me:
30-something year old professional. I am home just a few days a week & for a few hours (rarely sleep over)
The place will basically be like a studio to yourself
Looking to share my space with a like-minded individual who needs a quiet & private place at the end of the day
