Room for Rent - $1350

Living in Silicon Valley, I want to rent out a spare room in my 3 bedroom apartment/2 bathroom apartment in South San Jose. The closet is a nice size. You will share the bathroom, but it will be mainly like yours during the week. If you can cook, feel free to cook in the kitchen at any time. Pool Spa and Business Office is also accessible, as well as a fitness center. Park down the street. Good walk areas and easy access to shopping, and nearby each major freeway with less than 5 minutes during the non-commute time. (Prefer female roommates due to a teenage daughter who I co-parent is with me every other week and once a week). This also comes with a garage if you drive so you do not have to worry about street parking.
