- Spaceous kitchen, where you would have assigned space in fridge and cabinets.

About the room:
- It currently comes with a full-size bed with dresser, but they can be moved if needed.
- 150 sq. ft. with built-in closet.
- You would share a bathroom with another person.

- Easy going, working professional.
- Has good references of past living arrangements
- Good credit history

About us:
- We are a couple from Peru who are social but do not like to bring the party home.
- We like fitness and staying busy. Likeminded individuals preferred :)
