This elegant, luxurious and spacious Master Suite features a king-size bed, a full ensuite private bathroom, keurig coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, wall-mounted digital TV, a working desk, and even a fireplace with real flames too!
You are also welcome to use the the swim spa and hot tub in our backyard.
The rent included a bi weekly cleaning. Including all utilities (electricity, water, garbage, washer/dryer, internet, Netflix).
This luxurious master suite is on the first floor, all by itself, while the rest of the house is on the second floor, so you'll have a ton of privacy! You use the main front door to enter the house, but then you can just turn left and go immediately into this private Master Suite without going through any common/shared areas.
About twice as large as a typical bedroom. Light kitchen use is allowed for long term stay. You may go into the garage to use the washer and dryer there and we also have a full size refrigerator there that you can use as well.
The home is located in a beautiful, woody and secluded community with breath-taking views of city lights. Yet it's only minutes away from major roads & freeways. We live in a very beautiful and safe community called Berryessa Highlands. The people here are quiet yet friendly.
Safeway, Lucky, CVS pharmacy, VillaSports Athletics Club and Spa, and many restaurants are within 5 to 10 minutes drive.
