Hi! This is a listing for a room in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom luxury apartment located in Ascent Apartments on Cottle Rd near Blossom Hill. Im trying to find a new roommate for my current one. I?m moving out soon because I decided to move in with my boyfriend, otherwise I would have loved to stay. I?m trying to replace myself so she isn?t burdened without a roommate to replace me.
My roommate is a super friendly and chill person to live with, and we have become great friends during my time here
She prefers a professional, mature female roommate. She has two adorable cats that love social interaction and belly rubs!

In addition, the room will have a comfy bed and beautiful cherrywood drawer stand if interested. I planned to get rid of them but its free for anyone who wants them so they don?t have to worry about moving in much furniture :)

Rent is $1600 with cheap utilities and comes with bonus services
