The two of us living here are both working professionals and have been living here for the past 4 years and the other 1 year. Male 24 works downtown and Female 32 works downtown as well. We're really easy going very clean and friendly people. Looking for someone respectful to share our space with.

About the area: we are in a perfect little residential pocket of Downtown San Jose. Close enough to walk to restaurants and entertainment like SAP center. Removed enough to not hear too much street noise. Train is located nearby comes between the hours of 8am-5pm.
