The common space that you share with me includes a living room, a kitchen with dining area and new appliances, and our own washer and dryer. We have a spacious fenced backyard. The front yard is landscaped, and a gardener maintains the grounds once each week. There is a one-car garage which we share for storage, and we have guaranteed off-street parking!

The location is off Winchester, conveniently close to 17, 880, 280, and 85. We are 1.5 miles from Downtown Campbell, with its Sunday Farmers Market and nearby Community Center with a track, pool, gym, and tennis courts. We are also 1.5 miles away from Santana Row with unique shopping, dinning, and movie theater experiences. Downtown Los Gatos is less than a 15-minute drive away. Santa Cruz is 35 minutes by car.
