Hello! We are a family of two professionals, 2-yo kid and a college student. We are looking for responsible housemate. Our home is located in a clean, safe and quiet neighborhood. Just a few minutes walk you can go to the library, park, restaurants, Safeways, Food maxx, public transportations with easy freeway access to Hwy 85, 87, 101. Great view and spacious parking spaces in front of the house. The room is $1,400 monthly including:
- Private furnished bedroom with full/queen size bed, opening to our fresh and quiet backyard.
- Private bathroom.
- Private fully-lit walkway with security cameras in progress.
- Shared laundry and kitchen unit with Another tenant.
- Utilities, Wifi.
- Central heating.
Though you use a private walkway to access the room, we have some rules: Non-smoker. No drugs. No alcohol. No pet. No overnight guest. No party. No shoes indoor.
