New Roommate needed!

My current roommate is moving out due to work concerns and COVID-19. The apartment is located at Ascent apartment. It?s a two bedroom, two bath, in unit washer drier. The Complex has a gym, pool and hot tub. I have the master bedroom so I pay more but I?m getting the all in cost from my roommate for what it would cost per month. Garage parking for the car too. There is also a little balcony.

I work in construction as a project manager so I?m up early and am back to the apartment around 6pm. I enjoy working out every day while also have a nice cold beer or two on a Friday/ Saturday night. I?m quite clean, and will leave you to do your own thing. The only request i have is to respect one another and keep the apartment clean.
