Hello! I'm looking to move out of my current apartment in San Jose by the first week of July so I'm trying to help my roommate find a replacement. She's 28 years old and also a working professional who works most of the time during the week and is gone a lot on the weekends. She's very clean, respectful, super easy going and easy to live with. The master bedroom is very spacious with its own bathroom and walk in closet. The apartment itself is also very spacious with a large balcony and in unit washer/dryer. You would also get a parking spot in a secured garage.
Monthly rent is $1500.
She's also willing to move into the master bedroom and have someone new move into the her current bedroom to offer a lower rent (~$1250).
