I am currently renting a 2b2b in North San Jose bordering Milpitas. I need to move out before my one year lease is up. The lease ends January 2021, but the current roommate may be willing to renew with you. The apartment is spacious and conveniently located; nearby 880 and 101. The current roommate has a small dog; he is very chill and does not shed. He's an older dog so he's relaxed, but also friendly. All of the common areas are furnished. The bedroom can also be furnished if you are interested. The available room has a door that leads to a nice patio and a bathroom across from the room, which would be yours. There is a washer and dryer in unit.
