Beautiful Spanish Style House recently renovated with brand new washer/dryer and kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout. The house is a 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bathroom, and the available room has it's own private bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. The backyard is huge and has access to a creek. No smoking, no overnight guests. Looking for clean respectful roommates who are ok with an in house cat (she is friendly but shy). Light to no cooking preferred.

The room is $1,200/month and it does not include utilities which would be split by all roommates (electricity, water, internet, and tv, house cleaning fee).

Currently I live here with my girlfriend. We are fun, respectful, healthy and socially conscious.
