Our room mate is getting married next month which means we have a vacancy that may be right for you.

We've lived comfortably in this place for 5 years and life's been good. Landlords are compassionate, rent stays the same. Google shows we've got the best tree coverage for several miles, yet we're just minutes away from parks, grocery, transit etc.

7-14 minutes from university.

Built in 1986, gets beautiful sunlight
Newly renovated kitchen (full access)
Connect your laptop to the projector for any purpose
Space to do yoga / workout
Wood fire place for ambience
You'll have your own bathroom
Washer/Dryer in unit
Pool and Gym on premises
Good neighbors, quiet neighborhood
Reserved/Covered parking in front of unit
We'll cover utilities
Month-to-month is fine
Long-term / short-term okay (prefer long-term)
Room is 10x11 with large window facing covered parking spot

Rent due on the 1st of each month
Automatic deposit, Venmo, Zelle, etc. are all okay

First + Last month's rent due up front ($2800 at move in)
Available September 1st

Hardworking (gives you space)
Good chefs (home cooked meals / full use of kitchen & dining area)

Travel a lot (quiet time for you)

Mostly clean (a little mess is okay, we'll cover for you)

Sometimes congenial (breakfast is on us)
Sometimes private (gives us space)
