Bedroom w/ private bath available Jan. 29

We are looking for a roommate or couple to fill the second room in our 2b/2b apartment at The Terra House in San Jose. It's a second story unit (top floor) walking distance to the Safeway in Snell & Branham Plaza. There is an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and patio with private stairs to the apartment entrance. You would have your own bathroom, linen closet and walk-in closet. The complex offers multiple pools, a gym, and a dog park which is directly in front of the unit (you can see it in the photos).

Rent is $1075/month not including utilities which would be split between roommates. The complex is pet friendly but would require a $500 pet deposit and $50 pet rent per month; unless your pet has ESA paperwork, in which case those would be waived. Ideally, we'd like to sign a 15 month lease. The apartment is available starting January 29th.

A little about who you’d be living with: Jon is a retail manager who is often out of the apartment at work while I work from home as a travel agent. I typically work in my room not to disturb the rest of the home. We like to keep a tidy home and are respectful of others space and belongings. We enjoy cooking and are happy to participate in family-style meals on occasion. Jon is a bit of a foodie who likes to golf on his days off. I like to care for my plants, craft, and practice yoga. We don't have any pets but are happy to welcome a roommate who does -- our previous roommate of 1.5 years had a pittie who we adored before she decided it was time to leave California.
