Looking for a roommate to take the other room in my apartment, located in downtown San Jose. It's about 11x10, shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. None Smoking building, no cats or dogs allowed in the building, open to small pets or some reptiles. Washers/dryers are downstairs. Parking garage, with one space, we would have to share it, I'm open to a schedule. I'm clean, I work during the day/evening. I have a hamster that lives in a large cage in the living room. Rent is 925 before PG&E internet is not yet set up, but I don't mind covering that.
