Lease Takeover, runs until November 2021

I'm looking for someone to take over my current lease as soon as possible. Lease takeover period would run from May 2021 - November 2021. A beautiful one-bedroom, one-bath apartment at Fruitdale Station Apartments. The apartment is Eurostyle with hardwood flooring and its own 400 sq ft patio. It also includes a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the unit. The apartment complex is full of amenities like a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor bbq area, clubhouse pool table, gym, and on-site grocery store. It is conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping center with various dining options. The original monthly rent is $2485, however, I'll be lowering the price to $2285 to whoever takes over the lease. That's $200 a month in savings!
