Shared Master Bedroom in willow glen

Moving out of the master bedroom at my house in willow glen. This will be available September 1st.

The total rent for the room is $1250 but you’d be sharing it with my current roommate. So it’d be $625 for your share. The deposit is $625 and there will be a $50 transfer fee. The cost of utilities are around $80-$100 per person a month. There are 4 other girls living in the house and 1 guy, who will be the future roommate if you decide to take the room.

The master bedroom space is about 144 sq ft, not including the closet space and bathroom area. The house has washer and dryer and plenty of parking in the driveway or street parking.

The house is also a 8-10 minute walk from downtown willow glen and a 8-10 minute drive to downtown San Jose/ SJSU. It’s also close to the 280/87 entrances. There’s a Safeway a couple minutes away from the house.
