I'm a millennial working from home and looking for a female to share my one bedroom apartment.
The apartment is located in the heart of the Silicon Valley (2 blocks from Samsung and Cisco) in a nice gated community with fitness center, pool, business center and other amenities.
The apartment itself is very clean, with nice kitchen appliances, on the top floor, with a balcony and a laundry on site. It is fully furnished except for the second bed. The second tenant will be living in the living room where we will install a curtain to separate it from the dining area.
Utilities, Cable T. V. and Internet are shared $60/month.
About me:
I'm a quiet, clean, respectful and welcoming person who's been living in this unit for a year.
I don't smoke and drink on occasions only.
I am looking for someone with the same profile (early '30s, young professional/student).
It would be nice to have things in common in terms of background, hobbies and personality traits.
