Single Room in 3 Bedroom Home in San Jose

I have a mobile home in North San Jose with three bedrooms. The home is located in North San Jose by N. First and Tasman Ave. It is close to 237, 880, 101 and Montague Expressway. Also close to McCarthy Ranch, Downtown San Jose, The Great Mall, Home Depot, Rivermark Plaza and The San Jose Airport. Within walking distance to VTA Light Rail Transportation and County Transit, Nicholson Plaza, Cisco Systems, Palmer College of Chiropractic, Samsung and University of Phoenix.

The master bedroom is occupied by myself and I have been in the vending business for 40 years. Another bedroom is rented to a Student at San Jose City College.. The room I am renting is completely furnished and only available for one person. It consists of a closet, twin size loft bed (storage underneath), dresser, desk, chair, bookcase, Comcast wireless and Dorm refrigerator. Linens and towels are provided. The kitchen and bathroom shower is shared by everyone. There is a dishwasher, washer, dryer with soft water. Rent is $900 (First and Last is required) including utilities with and $500.00 deposit. The room is available September 17st, 2021. No pets welcome.

Preference given to someone who works nearby and does not have a vehicle and walks, bikes, takes light rail or County Transit.
