Hello, we are a couple with no kids renting our master bedroom for 1 person only. $850/month. Our apartment is within walking distance from downtown Willow Glen. The bedroom is about 12x12 and has its own private half bathroom. Main bathroom will be shared for shower purposes only. We have cats in the apartment so if you have allergies this room isn't ideal for you. The room is furnished with a bed, a night stand, small fridge and microwave. $300 deposit, flexible move-in date. No smoking allowed in the building. No pets please.
We will conduct roommate interviews with appointment only.
