Utilities are included, No Wi-Fi. But you are welcome to get your own service and maybe charge the other roommates to use your Wi-Fi, make your self and extra 20 bucks or something.
The rent includes Utilities and 1 parking in the back of the building, and additional parking is 200 more on top of Rent. If not, then you're able to get a parking permit in the San Jose city Underground parking garage for 50 a month, with the property leasing agreement, that I have.
Tenant will be responsible to pay rent by the 1st of every month, with no late fee up until the 5th of the month, after the 5th, a Late rent fee will be applied for 150.
The property is available now and you're welcome to move in Immediately, if you have the Rent and Deposit ready Now for October. And stay free the rest of September.
The property comes with a Sharable Bathroom. And kitchen, you also get a Long Balcony, Pets aren't welcomed at the moment untill we're able to move my boss Dogs out of the house, they aren't too friendly with other dogs only.
Tiny room has its own bathroom same rent just a smaller room and private bathroom.
