Hello! My roomates and I have an extra room in the house we are renting in San Jose. We have been in the house for about 2 years. The house is 2 story, in a suburb neighborhood, 3 bed 3 bath -- you would be sharing a full bathroom with 1 female (shower/tub combo), but we also have a half bath downstairs you can use (no shower). We are all working professionals, some work from home days & we prefer the same or a student. We have a pets in the house & we cannot accommodate any more - sorry!!
Rent for room is $900, - We split utilities PG&E & Water, the landlord takes care of HOA, garbage, and the gardener.
We are open to short term renters.
