Room for Rent SANTA CLARA- Move in is Flexible

Hello!
I'm looking for someone to fill my lease ASAP as I am moving locations. you will be living in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apt with another female in her early 20s (professional, clean, works at a tech company) and her small dog. If you are a cool, fun, clean, easygoing person in your 20s and preferably a girl you are a perfect fit!!

Looking to fill the spot and sign ASAP and you can move in whenever, after December 22nd or in January

Will be about 1,300 monthly including utilities and maybe 30 dollars more for internet. Very good deal for this are and in a nice location!

Location by Santa Clara University, has lots of stores and restaurants nearby (target, costco, coffee shops, farmers market saturday mornings, a few parks, gas stations, airport). Short drive to Sunnyvale, Mountain View and San Jose.

Complex is very nice, management is great, and the complex is well kept. Has a pool, hot tub, common area, small gym, laundry on site (not in unit). But this apartment is located right next to all amenities in the complex!

1 covered parking designated to the apartment, lots of uncovered parking for residents, as well as street parking

Lease is ending in July! So a nice 7 month lease. If you are new to the area thats perfect to get you out here and figure out the area and where you want to go after :)
