Looking for a working professional/roommate either male or female to share a large 4 bedroom 2 bath house in a quite neighborhood in Santa Clara near Montague Ave and Highway 101. Currently there are two clean working professionals Bedroom is unfurnished and bathroom will be shared with one male who is neat and clean. Home has dual paned windows, upgraded bath and new pergo flooring. Pets may be considered, the home currently has one dog. There is a nice back yard and plenty of street parking. Rent is $1100.00 per month plus a $1100 deposit. Available by June 1st . Utilities (water, garbage, sewer, internet and electricity) will be split between the three roommates. Washer and dryer available for use.

Bedroom is 10' x 10?. Kitchen, living room, dining room are furnished and shared. It is a nice, clean place, with a friendly environment, where housemates get along well. Must be neat and clean. Pictures will be provided to serious inquiries.

About your future housemates: I'm female who works at a local manufacturing company and am pretty mellow and laid back. I have an adult medium to large size female dog. The housemate is a male, also mellow and laid back and hardly ever home he has a small dog.
