This room feature all you need, beautiful furniture, clean bedding and towels one a week along with weekly cleaning on your room and every other day cleaning minimally in the main shared areas. Coffee in the mornings, high speed internet, all utilities included, parking only on street, but will will forget about parking when you enter in your clean and comfortable home:) definitely no worries but joy. Light cooking in our beautiful kitchen, laundry in the facility is shared only with 4 apartments, is most of the time free:) you will share the apartment with me and my husband, we are minimally home since we work large hours and try to travel all the time is possible;) mostly we are here to keep cleaning and cozy the place for you to enjoy! One more roommate that we are also working in select at the time. The other room is up for 1.200, we are month to month agreement but prefer the longer possible ;) and we are willing to offer great deal for does willing to stay longer, no over night stay, no smoking or partys. The perfect roommate works in tech industry but not deal breaker. Your room is all equipped with absolute all you need just like a hotel with the confort of a home. You are absolutely welcome to use all in the apartment. We just ask to try not to do long cooking as a normal daily thing. There is 2 room available 1.300 for the yellow curtains and 1200 for the colorful bed.
