Brand new 2nd floor unit with courtyard view, we will be its first tenants. Unfurnished. Has walk in closet, dishwasher, large in unit stacked washer and dryer. There are AC/heat wall units in every room. We will each have our own bathrooms with tub/shower. Bedrooms are carpeted, hardwood floors in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Available parking is secured garage and is $125/month. Complex amenities: elevator, rooftop pool, gym, clubhouse, game room, pet spa/ dog park, yoga studio, movie room, and a bunch of other common areas. Deposit is $250, necessary background check fee is $48 (this is for the apt, not for me personally).
Who I'm looking for--
Clean, friendly, non-smoking female. We will both be on the lease so proof of income needed. If you're bringing a pet, dogs only.
