I am renting out a private room in my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment apt. Recently updated bathroom and kitchen. The place is around 950 sq/ft. Clean quite area minutes from Nvidia, SCU, Santa Row, and Levi’s.

$1,200 rent + utilities ($100-$150 m/o) includes internet, gas, electric.

Deposit $800

What I am looking:

1 roommate, professional or student that’s clean, laid back and drama free. I don't mind if you cook as long as you clean after yourself. We will be sharing a kitchen, bathroom and living room. Not looking for a couple or family.

A little about me:

I30 year old male born in Romania, I work full time M-F (tech sales currently from home). I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. On my free time I like to play video games, cycle, travel, snowboarding, etc.
