Room in House for Rent

Extra bedroom in 3 bedroom, 2 bath house available. I am in the master bedroom with attached bath and the 3rd bedroom is furnished for any overnight guests (just give a heads up if you plan on having guests over). Your bathroom is in the hallway but is solely yours to use. I have one small dog but unfortunately no other pets are allowed on the lease. Utilities are about $200 a month, so split would be about $100 each. Xfinity cable and internet are additional, if you are not a tv person, we can work on an agreement for you to just pay for internet and no cable. Decent size backyard with table and chairs for entertaining. I currently don’t have a car so garage and driveway parking are yours to use. Laundry and dryer are located in the garage. Storage shed in backyard is free to use. (Items shown in picture of bedroom will be removed upon move in date). Move in date is flexible but prefer ASAP. Feel free to have full use of kitchen items.
