Room in Beautiful Townhouse Downtown San Jose

I'm Juliette and I have a fully furnished rom located
Downtown San Jose Available Dec 11. 2022, in this beautiful sober house with wooden floors, reset lighting, and great neighbors. We are close to SJSC college, 20 minutes to Palo Alto, 280, 101 & Central Expressway in minutes. close to public transportation, downtown restaurants, convention center and museums. there is a Park across the street and walking area down at the end of the street.

The room has a twin captain's bed, dresser, night stand and good size closet. There is a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C and Heat, wi-fi, cable, and full house privileges. We have front and back sitting areas, BBQ, dish washer, , roommates have extra refrigerators in garage, there's Large TV and sitting area. Street parking, shared bath. 1050/ month and 250 for utilities ; witch include electricity, gas, water, trash, housekeeper and household supplies that are spilt between the number of people in the house. There is also a 20.00 background fee.

You would share a double sink bathroom with shower, bathtub and plenty of cabinets, with two others. There is a 1/2 bathroom downstairs.

I'm looking for a professional who wants to live in a sober and safe house, who can communicate well and has a clean record and great references.

I am a teacher. There would be 4 max living in the house.

I have a cat and two dogs that demand love and attention. Sorry... no other pets allowed.
