1 bed 1 bath available in a 3 bedroom house

I currently occupy 1 bedroom and one bath in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Santa Clara. I'd prefer one adult even if there's 2 rooms available. If you have a child for the second room or if you work from home it would be a great workspace. I have a small male kitty.
