We have a roommate moving out, and his loss could be your win:

The house:

Our townhouse is located on the east side of Santana Row towards the south end, directly above Zgallerie. We have roughly 1500 square feet spread across three levels. 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath. On the middle floor we have a full kitchen, in unit wash/dryer, and a balcony with a pretty great view of the row.

Additional amenities include: Resident Events, discounts, swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness center, barbecue areas and a concierge. Due to the location of our townhouse, we get to enjoy the amenities at both the Santana Heights complex, as well as the Misora complex. We also have complementary access to the Fit Studio gym.

The room:

The room is roughly 11' x '18. It is the only room on the ground floor of the townhouse, and the next-door units do not have adjacent rooms, making for minimal disturbance from the neighbors. The room has two windows overlooking Santana Row, with a view of the courtyard / El Jardin. The room includes parking for 1 vehicle in a secured enclosed garage.

The roommates:

We are two guys in our early 30s. We are both from the east coast and we work in tech and finance. We are both very social and enjoy spending time out and about (when things aren't so COVID-ish, that is). We are very good friends, however we are not clique-y, and it's important to us that all roommates feel welcomed and included in our living situation. Our home dynamic is very informal, but we share a mutual respect for one another's comfort, cleanliness of common spaces, etc.

You:

We are looking for someone fun, with similar social aptitude and a comparable financial footing. Must be comfortable with a casual living situation, but respectful of everyone's living space and property. We are not interested in couples or pets.

The Lease:

Our third roommate is looking to move out ASAP, and the room can be made ready for move in within a few days. You would take their place on our existing lease which expires on November 30th. Our expectation is that you would be renewing our lease with us for the following year as well.
