RENT:
$1450 / shared utilities (First month plus $1000 security deposit to move in), 6 months contract. The rent includes Heated Pool and SPA, Fitness Center, washer and dryer available, light cook are OK. and you will have your own bathroom. No PET and No GUEST OVERNIGHT
