Single Room in 4 bed house in San Jose

Hello!
We are looking for a 4th housemate to join our cozy ‘family.’ We are 3 working professionals in the fields of nursing, teaching and tech, we hope to find an equally responsible, respectful, and caring individual.

The house is located in a quiet, safe and calm residential area with plenty of street parking, right across from the well maintained Silver leaf Park for exercise or strolling. It is less than a 5 minute drive to freeways 85 & 101 and local stores Costco, Target, Safeway, Foodmaxx, gas stations, and restaurants. We are looking for someone to sign a 1 year lease, room is available April 1st.

Your room: Bedroom, large closet, and shared bathroom (sink, toilet, shower). Your room will be partially furnished (Bed, nightstand, dresser, and lamp)

In addition to your room, you have access to the rest of the furnished house!

• Beautiful landscaped backyard with generous persimmon, grapefruit, pomegranate, and avocado trees, no charge for weekly gardening service

We split utilities, internet, and a cleaning service evenly, no charge for weekly gardeners. We each do our part in maintaining a clean home.

We have created a safe and caring space in this home, and we expect our future housemate to be respectful, proactive, and open to communicating if there is an issue. We will not tolerate any drugs, excessive drinking, or immature behavior. Guests are welcome, as long as everyone is on the same page.

Due to COVID-19, we ask that you respect our efforts in maintaining a sterile environment when visiting our home by wearing a mask. In addition, we will have hand sanitizer available for you to use.
