Room for rent in townhome near downtown San Jose

Hello!

I’m currently looking for someone to take over my existing room as I’m relocating to the peninsula!

We have a single bedroom with shared bathroom available for rent starting as early as mid/end January.

We are located near downtown San Jose, close to SJSU and Vietnam Town. We have a 2 car garage that we share (also there’s street parking), plus a small backyard. Full laundry on site. There’s also an office downstairs that is open to use/share and a book/loft upstairs that can be used for hanging out or a home office set up.

We are looking for a roommate who is outgoing and clean. We also have a small dog who’s really sweet and friendly.

The roomies:

There are 3 roommates that you’ll be sharing space with. Michelle and Jason both work in tech and Ruben works as a licensed dietician. Everyone is super outgoing, clean, and respectful.

Rent is $1000 per month + utilities (~$150
