in Sunnyvale. The unit is downstairs. Other 2 bedrooms are currently occupied by 2
professional single male. You will share the bathroom with just 1 other person. Your room will also has its own lock for privacy. The room is available now.

Looking for professional, clean, no pets, non-smoking, no drug, no alcohol and financially responsible person. On site coin-operated laundry facility is available. Shared areas include kitchen, dinning and living room.

Monthly rent is $950 with a security deposit of $950. You will split utilities and internet costs among yourself. Water and garbage are paid for.
