in Sunnyvale. The unit is upstairs. This is a 3 bedroom unit. Unfurnished room will be $925 per month with street parking and security deposit of $925. The other 1 room with 1/2 bath and also a reserved covered parking space will be $950per month and security deposit of $950.
Current occupant is a late 20s, professional single male working for Apple.

Kitchen and all bathrooms were remodeled 2 years ago with new kitchen floor, new appliance, bath tub and carpets on all rooms.

Looking for a professional, clean, no pets, non-smoking, no drug, no alcohol and financially
responsible person (Only 1 person. No couple. preferred male) On site coin-operated laundry facility is available. Shared areas include kitchen, dinning and living room.
You will split utilities and internet costs among yourself.

Garbage and water are paid for.

7.5 miles to Googleplex in Mountain View
3.4 miles to Apple Spaceship campus in Cupertino.

Property manager will do the initial screening. If it looks OK, he will pass info to current occupants so you all can arrange a time to meet.

Once you and the current occupant are OK, we will proceed with filling rental application form and you will pay $25.00 for credit check.

If credit check is OK, we will take your security deposit and sign a lease agreement.

Lease will be 1 year.
