Comcast Internet, gas, electricity, water, house cleaner, and garbage are included. I have everything needed for cooking and cleaning. Please feel free to use it with care, as you bought it with your own money.
Who I’m looking for: A nice Roommate and Laidback like me, please be LGBT friendly; I would like to find someone looking to stay at least 12 months. Rent is $1225 per month, and utilities are included. The deposit is $500, and the rent is due one day before the 1st of every month. The Room will be ready on September 1st.
Please be a careful, safe, mindful person. A guest is allowed, but no more than three nights per week.
About the roomies
Two of us currently live in my home; with 1 indoor cat. A clean house is super important, so please be a neat person. I’m social; I’m 29 male (LGBT), I have a Ragdoll cat that roams the house (Won’t go in your room, but keep your door closed just in case, considered somewhat hypoallergenic because he doesn’t have an undercoat). I’m a Customer Success Manager with a software company working from home. We’re super friendly. The other roommate works in healthcare.
