Looking for Apartment Mate

Looking for an apartment mate that can take over an existing, spacious, unfurnished master bedroom lease with a private bathroom and a covered parking spot under the complex. The master bedroom also comes with two closets. Apartment comes with a fully furnished living room for you to enjoy and in unit washer and dryer. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and I will be the other tenant at the site. On the complex, we have 4 outdoor tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, and a gym for you to enjoy. There is plenty of parking around the perimeter of the complex for guests and additional cars.

Apartment is tucked in the back corner of the entire complex, making it the ideal quiet location. The complex is located about 4 miles from the Google Sunnyvale office (~15 minute drive) and about 3 miles from the Apple campus (~10 minute drive). It?s location offers great amenities to walk to. Safeway is around a 10 minute walk from the apartment and Sprouts is only 2 blocks from the complex. Downtown Sunnyvale is only a 15 minute walk and has Target, great dining options, a Saturday Farmers Market, and soon will have a Whole Foods and AMC.

Rent for the master bedroom, private bathroom, covered parking under the complex, and common living space is $1808, which does not include utilities (Spruce utilities and PG&E) and WiFi (Comcast). Utilities and WiFi will be split evenly every month. My apartment mate is looking for someone to take over the lease starting between mid May to end of May. Timing is flexible and we can discuss.

Other than during this shelter in place period, I am someone who does not cook that often but I do bake on the weekends. I like to go outside on the weekends (tennis, hiking, and shopping) and then relax on the couch and watch tv after a long day. I am looking for someone who I can hangout with.
