We are looking for a housemate for our nice house right next to downtown. We are super chill people working in tech and local business fun to spend time with and super respectful of personal boundaries.
Being long term tenants we got a special deal with the landlord hence the reason it is that cheap.

The whole house has just been re-painted (old pictures). We are 3 people and there are 2.5 bathrooms

Neighborhood: quiet, safe, near a park to run around.

Location: Right next to downtown Sunnyvale Down the street from Apple and Linkedin 2 min walk to Caltrain and downtown Sunnyvale

Excellent and highly rated high school Homestead high (Cupertino high school district)
