I have a Furnished room in a great area of Sunnyvale, close to apple, , central expressway and . The room has a twin bed, dresser, nightstand, small corner desk/vanity and closet. We have a fully stocked kitchen, dish washer, front room with large screen TV, dinning room, front and back yard seating, with full kitchen privileges. There is wi-fi, force heat, washer/dryer, and fireplace. You would share a room with one other person. There is ample street parking.

Rent is with shared utilities that you pay a forth of, and it ranges from depending on conserving and usage.

I have two small dogs and a cat that demand love from everyone (sorry no other pets)
